HISTORY
Originally developed as a landing for the construction of the Norris Bridge, the property now home to Regent Point Marina has a strong history as an asset for the area. As the landing site for the construction, materials were trucked to the property, transferred to barges and transported to the construction site on the beautiful Rappahannock River. Founded by Scott Kauffman in the 1970s, Regent Point was purchased by Jim Wagner in 2004 who has since expanded operations to included a full service ABYC boatyard and the addition of a 35 ton travel lift.
